Welcome to 61 Broadway. Built in 1916, a 33 story office building located in the heart of New York’s financial district, one block from The New York Stock Exchange. 61 Broadway is easily accessible by all major means of public transportation including the 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, J, M, Z, N & R, A & C subway lines along with several city and suburban bus routes.
Automobile parking is available at the Battery Park Garage, which is one block from the building.
The security of the building and Tenants is one of our highest priorities. Therefore, we have developed security measures to control access to and egress from the building also, to provide 24-hour per day security monitoring.
61 Broadway also offers amenities, such as a large conference room with high-speed internet access, located on the 14th floor is available to tenants at no cost, for a variety of uses such as corporate meetings, training seminars and social gatherings. The Leasing and Management Team
The Leasing and Management Team is comprised of the following individuals, all of whom can be reached through the Building Office:
Daniel M. Blanco – Director of Leasing Daniel M. Blanco serves as Executive Vice President and Director of Leasing of Broad Street Development. Mr. Blanco oversees the day to day operations of the firm's holdings, including the leasing of its headquarters' address, 61 Broadway.
Jill Burrowes - Associate Jill Burrowes assists Daniel Blanco in leasing by scheduling tours, updating availabilities, maintaining Leasing Activity Reports and working with the brokers.
Kevin J Ward – Property Manager Kevin J Ward serves as Property Manager for 61 Broadway; he supervises the day to day management, operations, construction, and lease administration of the asset. Mr. Ward has over twenty years of experience in the area of Property Management, including eight years with Jones Lang LaSalle prior to joining Broad Street Development.
Judith Farrell - Assistant Property Manager Ms. Farrell works very closely with Kevin Ward in running the 61 Broadway at the highest levels of efficiency. Ms. Farrell concentrates on lease administration and is also responsible for the building office operation.
Kristen Smith – Tenant Service Coordinator Ms. Smith is the first point of contact for all that call on 61 Broadway. Her daily duties include answering telephones, filing, tenant requests and general correspondence.
